This low metabolism can be measured by age. We have several people that come in and their metabolic age will show up as a 90 year old!! If you are younger than 90 – your metabolism should not be that old!! We want to wake up your metabolism, get it moving, exercise it and get it to equal your age or even younger!! Once your metabolism balances out – this allows your body fat, BMI (body mass index) and visceral fat to all drop their numbers. We want these to drop for obvious reasons –get rid of that body fat!! Metabolism is one of the key features we focus on here. We have several ways that we focus on that – water intake, diet, supplementation and low volume exercise. Multiple people have seen great success from our programs and it has completely changed their own health lifestyles!
